Qualifications任职资格
Academic 学历
Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field such as logistics or supply chain management.
本科以上学历，物流或供应链管理等相关专业
Experience工作经验
At least 5 years’ experience in sizable warehouse operations.
Background in material handling, purchasing and inventory control.
至少5年大型仓库运营经验。
物料处理、采购和库存控制方面的背景。
Computer Skill计算机能力
1.Proficiency in ERP system, Kingdee preferably.
精通ERP系统，金蝶优先
2.Proficiency in MS Office
熟练掌握MS Office
Job Duties工作职责
1.Responsible for arranging the work of warehouse employees and preparing warehouse work plans.
负责仓库员工工作安排，编制仓库工作计划
2.Supervise daily activities of warehouse to ensure safe and efficient storage and retrieval of supplies for production and shipments.
监督仓库的日常活动，确保生产和运输用品的安全高效储存和检索
3.Supervise receipt of incoming commodities, process receiving, discrepancies and damage reports as needed.
监督进货，根据需要处理收货、差异和损坏报告
4.Evaluate complaints received on outgoing supplies /shipments and take appropriate action.
评估收到的关于出口物资/货物的投诉，并采取适当行动
5.Manage inventory accuracy through monitoring of daily warehouse activities.
通过监控日常仓库活动来管理库存准确性
6.Write and modify the SOP for warehouse dept.
编写和修改仓库部门的SOP
7.Correct unsafe conditions in work area of warehouse and report any conditions that are endangering work safety to management immediately。
纠正仓库作业区的不安全状况，发现危及安全生产的情况，立即向管理层报告
8.Ensure to follow established safety procedures and techniques in performing job duties including forklift operating, lifting, and climbing.
确保在执行工作职责时遵守既定的安全程序和技术，包括叉车操作、起重和攀爬
9.Initiate and maintain proper and necessary safety and fire prevention equipment within warehouse as prescribed by regulations and law.
按照法规和法律的规定，在仓库内启动和维护适当和必要的安全和消防设备
10.Responsible for overall arrangement of inventory operations in the warehouse and handling discrepancies in inventory data
负责仓库的盘点作业的整体安排，盘点数据差异的处理
11.Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
完成上级领导交办的其他工作。
